We see ourselves as a specialized personnel service provider for the recruitment and placement of highly qualified experts.
We serve our customers’ requirements for the various software solutions, especially SAP and cloud solutions, completely. We act quickly and deliver all necessary project specifications to permanent and freelance experts. Complex IT landscapes and the requirements of the largest providers of ERP (SAP), Cloud (Azure, ACS, GCP) or infrastructure solutions (VM-Ware, CISCO, HP) are a daily field of activity for us.
Since the company was founded in 2013, we have been working together with our customers in a trusting and sustainable style. As an owner-managed, medium-sized company, we live particularly for the quality and success of our innovative services. For customers and our external experts, we provide professional IT sourcing, highly effective, in line with the market. We support our customers throughout the entire process, include the complete staffing and planning process. This support can be provided in the form of long-term managed service contracts (full scope) or only for limited task packages, which our customers do not want to or cannot handle themselves.

Master of Macroeconomics, born in 1968
As managing director of the 4U-Consult Services GmbH he is responsible for accounting and controlling (AC, CO). He is the founder of 4U-Consult GmbH & Co. KG in 2001 and has been Managing Director ever since, on top he has been working in customer projects (SAP area) since foundation.

Rolf Zipfel
Master of Macroeconomics, born in 1967
As managing director of the 4U-Consult Services GmbH he is responsible for staffing and sales. In this function he is also in charge of marketing of new portfolio elements (development) in the market and by our customers.
Previously
First SAP consultant and later member of the management board of various regional and global acting consulting companies.
Collaboration
Our assignments are based on various and dynamic requirements. We consult our customers as a fire fighting work but also in a long-term relationship. The current situation during our assignments determines the type and manner of the tasks.
We advise our customers with qualified employees (on resource bottlenecks) as well as on superior tasks that require special know-how. Under this focus, close cooperation is mandatory to solve the technical challenges of our customers. We support you with years of expertise, to supplement with extra know-how or to point out optimization potentials.
